Share your Fitbit history with the study
This takes about two minutes. You sign in with the Google account your Fitbit uses, give permission once, and answer three short questions.
What the study receives
- ActivityDaily steps and recorded exercise
- Heart rateReadings recorded by your device
- SleepSleep sessions and stages
- WeightEntries you have logged
- ProfileBasic account details, such as height
This is a one off copy of the history already stored in your Fitbit account. The study does not watch your data going forward, and it never sees your Google password.
You can disconnect the study from your Google account at any time, and you can ask the study team to delete your data.
